To finish up our week of fun we went to the HLSR. We all had a blast. The following pictures aren't real, but they where fun to take. Reliant had a booth set up where they took your picture on a green board and photo shopped you into a scene. The kids picked their poses and this is what we got.
Lilly stood in line a long time to be able to sit in a tractor.
Lilly saw a booth where you could make sand art and both kids made one. They did a great job and they turned out really good.
After a little shopping we went outside to the petting zoo.
The big event was Lilly riding the mechanical bull. I told her she was very brave, but she said, "I wasn't brave, I was SCARED!" Evidently she whined the whole time, but we were too far away to hear it. She did great and didn't even fall off.
She looked absolutely petrified the entire time.
Next we went to see an animal follies show. Here are both kids playing with their new "must have" toys waiting for the show to start. After the show a trivia question was asked. Lilly answered the question and won a book "autographed" by the donkey.
Couldn't end the say any other way. Fast asleep with his sand art!
Spring Break 09 was the best yet. We can't wait to see what happens next year!
