Lilly started ballet and tap yesterday. She was SOOOO excited and couldn't wait to get to class. She did great! She listened to the teacher and did everything she was told.

Are you ready for some FOOTBALL!!!

Since yesterday was the first pre-season game of the year, everyone decided to put on their TEXANS gear to celebrate.
Later that afternoon, Sam and I took Lilly to see Backyardigans Live (or Alive - as Lilly says) at the Hobby Center. She had a great time. Maybe next time Ethan will get to go with us.

Help, I'm stuck!

After I caught Ethan climbing up to the kitchen table I made sure all the chairs were pushed in. A few minutes later I followed the pitiful whimpering and found the below. He was stuck between the chair and the table unable to get out.

Of course, being the mean mommy I am...I made him wait a little longer so I could get a picture of it.

A Day at the Beach

We were able to meet our cousins at the beach yesterday for some fun in the sun! This was Ethan's 1st trip to the beach - he absolutely LOVED it! Lilly had a great time as well splashing in the water, jumping waves, and building sand castles.

Ethan would get filthy in the sand, then run to the water to rinse off.

Lilly loved going deep into the ocean with her dad to jump the waves.

Thousands of trips were made to get more water for their sand castle creations.

Of course, we had to eat a little of the sand as well.

After lunch we headed to the pool to play and rinse off a little more.

Lilly thinks we need to go back to the beach EVERY summer!
