Awanas Ceremony

After working hard all year we finally reached the end of the year for Awana Cubbies. Lilly learned a new bible verse each week - that means she earned all her patches for the year and received a cubbie bear for her vest as well as a certificate. She was very proud and can't wait until next year.

Mother's Day at the Aquarium

We went to the Downtown Aquarium again for Mother's Day this year.

Both kids love watching the tigers.

After we ate and rode all the rides Lilly and Ethan splashed in the fountain.

Lilly won a stuffed animal at one of the carnival games.

Had a great time...can't wait until next year!

Ethan's 2nd Birthday Party

We had Ethan's party today at Old MacDonald's Farm. We all had a blast!

Pine Car Derby

Today was the big race. Lilly has worked on her derby car with the daddy for several weeks. Her car raced 4 times, but only came in 2nd or 3rd each time. She had a great time making her car and going to the race. She is still enjoying racing her car at home! Maybe we'll do better next year.

Thursday I took half a day off and we all went to the zoo for Zoobilee. We had a great time with the animals. Filled up our passports and got a bag of prizes.

Eggs, Camels, and Fish...

We had a blast last weekend. We started off with the neighborhood egg hunt. We even got to ride a camel there. Sunday night "Go Fish Guys" were in concert at our church. They kids all had a blast.
